No, I refuse to support politicizing the judiciary. We have retention votes every other year. If you don’t like the judge, vote against them in the retention election.

The Governor should appoint for a six year term confirmation by the Senate. The public should be allowed a retention vote every six years. Give the public a chance to throw the bums out.

Yes, but set them to a higher standard during elections. (Campaigns that are more "What I plan to do" and "This is what I believe," instead of attacking the integrity of the opponent.)

I think Kansas should keep appointing Supreme Court justices to maintain Independence, but there could be a system for public input or retention votes after a few years to ensure accountability.
