Honestly, it’s pretty alarming that a student could get detained over expressing political views, especially at a university

Free speech should apply to everyone in the U.S., not just citizens, and I’m glad the court stepped in to check the administration’s overreach. We really need to protect the rights of international students and make sure ICE isn’t being used to silence dissent.
