Having the basic needs met by a governmental system would allow for more productive work and increased innovation

The root need of humans is to be important, but it is nearly impossible to do that when you're wondering how the bills will get paid, or where your next meal is coming from.

The government cannot properly predict and provide for people’s needs and wants. If the government provided services this would increase prices, cause business malinvestment due to artificial price signals and cause the quality of the service to decrease. Public Education and Amtrak are perfect examples of this.

The public education system is failing becuase the private sector is siphoning money away from the public system. It allows for class, religious and racial segregation. We need to abolish the private system for the public system to work better.
