The State Election Board reprimanded Fulton County and ordered an independent election monitor Tuesday, finding that the county likely scanned over 3,000 ballots twice during the recount of the 2020 presidential election.
The decision, on a 2-1 vote, resolves one of the last remaining investigations of the 2020 election, drawing jeers from a crowd of Republican voters who wanted more severe punishment against the Democratic county.
The SEB ruled 2-1 Tuesday that Fulton County must have an independent election monitor to oversee its elections after it found more than 3,000 ballots were scanned twice during the 2020 presidential recount.
The Georgia secretary of state’s office could not confirm how many of the ballots that were scanned twice were also counted, according to the Atlanta-Journal Constitution (AJC). General counsel for the secretary of state’s office Charlene McGowan said their investigation found “there are some duplicative ballot images in the ballot images that Fulton County provided, but what cannot be confirmed conclusively is if those ballots were included in the count.”
“Fulton County used improper procedures during the recount of the presidential contest in 2020,” McGowan concluded.
There are also 380,761 ballot images from the 2020 Election Day machine count that are “not available,” state board member Janice Johnston said during Tuesday’s meeting.
3,000 isn't even close to the number of ballots scanned twice. There were 4480 double scanned ballots. And they didn't mention the 5,812 missing ballots.

“Does the investigation confirm that there are missing ballot images?”
“Yes.”
Case closed. No cover up operation can conceal the fact that Fulton County did not have the votes it claimed it had. The recount could not replicate the original results.
Why isn't the board under investigation itself? Derelict of duty comes to mind. Corruption can not keep happening in America. Americans will never trust another election again if we don't do something over the fraud of 2020.
I remember a time when stealing elections was treasonous.

I always stay up to watch the counting and at 2:00 it just stopped and didn't start back up until waaaay late or early the next morning and there is no way all these states just stopped and yet not a single word or lie from Gov.

Add another point to the board for team "conspiracy theorists" – and take another away from team "experts and elites."
Secure our elections. It's a very simple solution:
1) Require in-person voting only on election day
2) Require ID to vote
