How would you feel if a bridge collapse in your city was investigated as a crime?

I believe that any major event, such as the Baltimore Bridge collapse should be investigated.

A bridge did collapse in Pittsburgh not that long ago. As Pennsylvania has so many bridges and tunnels that need attention. Those responsible for the maintenance of these structures should be held accountable when they neglect this duty and should be investigated by a government authority.
