It is the nature of war: to achieve victory, either your enemy's leadership must concede defeat, or you must kill the entire enemy population (or, in ancient times, enslave them). Today's sensibilities dictate that you cannot enslave or kill an entire culture/nation, so if the enemy's leadership doesn't concede (despite horrific losses), then what are you to do?

Envision a viable alternative. Something to fight for, rather than something to fight against. It’s been missing from the very beginning, but it has always been essential to victory.

Just get it over with. Act fast and ignore idiots like Biden and Blinken.

The sad truth is the hostages are either dead or dead men walking - they are human shields and the devils have no intention of letting them go.

...and who in their right mind could trust Hamas? Or Putin?

Two-state solution silliness? No way. Military occupation just like occurred post WW2. What? You don't like the idea of a Nazi state next door?

Agree, sorry about the hostages but greater Israel is higher priority. Time to flood or blow up every tunnel in Gaza. Then pull out and build a barrier around Gaza that is never going to be breached again and man it with IDF 24/7.

I don't think it's Israel's job to have to figure out what happens in Gaza the next, I think the Palestinians need to figure out how to not be dominated by a terrorist group and live in peace with their neighbors.

What are your thoughts on the impact of warfare strategies that result in high civilian casualties?

 @9LHWSWMRepublican from Pennsylvania  answered…2yrs2Y

I don't care, Not my country, Continent and not my place, the US should not be responsible for Foreign wars and issues.

How do you feel about using military force if it leads to winning battles but might not secure a lasting peace?
