He has a good command of the issues. He has a speech impediment (since childhood), but he certainly has the requisite mental capacity to perform the duties of the presidency.
On the other hand, another politician speaks in an incoherent jumble of word salad, can't remember where he is, confuses an 83 y.o. woman (Pelosi) with a 52 y.o. (Haley), & forgets thinhgs he said a few minutes ago. That is the candidate with Dementia. He is severely cognitively impaired & grossly mentally unfit to serve as POTUS. Of course, that person is Trump. Psychiatrists have warned of Trump's mental unfitness for several years.
Make no mistake- only one candidate is mentally fit for the job. It's Biden, not Trump.

Let Biden and Trump debate. Several times. Like the country has always demanded.
I’m for neither candidate, but I do believe both have age-related issues that should be challenged in a manner that is traditionally demanded within our political process. Live, under pressure, tough questions for them both debates.
Unfortunately, backers of both these candidates are afraid to allow either one of them to debate and prefer a WWE-like verbal battle that is scripted, staged and controlled through teleprompters, handlers and TV-friendly crowd management.

Based on his record as president, I think Mr. Biden is clearly competent, smart, politically savvy, strong, courageous, recovering from a severe traumatic event: The untimely death of his son, Beau. He is president with many items on his agenda. He has performed admirably and I respect what he has accomplished. He has maintained dignity and faith throughout.
