What does 'freedom' mean to you, and how would that change if there were fewer laws and regulations?

Freedom is letting me have my rights such as freedom of speech and my right to bear arms

freedom is a broad topic and makes you wonder. Freedom from what exactly? The freedom to do as we please? If that was the case it would be a loosely tied together anarchy. The laws we have in place allow for a middle ground, autonomy but not ever so reckless. There are equality issues that can arise if the government is made limited in the capacity that it can only make lynch pin decisions.
