If the speech is directly threatening someone or something, I think it can be considered hate speech. Misinformation can be drawn when it is directly opposite of what the government is stating.

So if it goes against government its wrong. For some reason that doesn't sound right

So, for example, if the govt. is saying 'abortion is good!' but I, as a Christian, know this is false, I can't say anything about it? Terrifying.

When people are lying about threats others have done or things that may harm people. When you feel unsafe around them.

Hate speech should never be protected under any circumstance. You shouldn't have the right to make someone else's life miserable.

many do not like the truth freedom of speech should still be allowed and when it comes to hate speech they should be stopped but you need to hear the people out and if they have a good reason something should be changed but if there isn't that will continue to happen but don't use force

'Yes, but...' Terrible. Free speech is free speech, there is no 'line.'
