What do you expect your trust in the education industry to be in a year from now?

i don't expect the current education system to do what it was supposed to (provide equal opportunity to lower income areas) until they are properly funded, respected, and acknowledged. Teachers are leaving education due to mistreatment of themselves and the admin overstepping who haven't dealt with children in recent memory. anyone with multiple kids can attest that every child is different, and to treat them all the same is a disservice to the students. the students were also disserviced during covid, not due to the teachers but due to the fact that you can't effectively socialize and mature through a computer screen (that is to say, online learning was the best option during covid).
