Is there an ant-war wing to the Democrat party?
During the Iraq War the Occupy Wall Street movement represented the left's anti-war voice.
"A group of 30 House Democrats retracted a letter they had sent to President Biden urging him to seek direct talks with Russia to end the war in Ukraine following backlash within the Democratic Party and disavowals from some signatories....House Democrats who had signed the letter included influential progressives Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D., N.Y.) and Rep. Ro Khanna (D., Calif.), and Rep. Barbara Lee (D., Calif.), the only member of Congress to vote against the resolution authorizing war in Afghanistan in 2001."
House Progressives then issued a new statement vowing full and complete loyalty to Biden's war policies and full support to funding war in Ukraine without limits:
