Yes, people below the poverty line, especially poor families, bankrupt businesses, and the homeless, elderly, and sick should receive an income to afford basic necessities such as food, water, clothing, housing, medicine, education, healthcare, and warmth. The rich shouldn’t get a dime of the UBI though.
