Yes, but only after thorough and extensive evaluation from qualified health professionals finds that the treatment is necessary, which is rare

No and instead of giving gender- transition treatments transgender people should get mental help to help them realize that they will always be their biological sex and sex equals gender and intersex people should live as the sex they are the closest too.

No, I fully support the right to receive gender transition treatments but not until you are an adult purely for health reasons.

Yes, but only if it is not harmful to the person and it is what they truly want, also they should have to go through a couple sessions of therapy to make sure that this is what they truly want.

No, unless there is undeniable evidence that it would be seriously beneficial to the child, and they must have attained the age of 17 or older

Yes, but first see a gender therapist as well as mental health therapist… To make sure hormones is the right decision!

Why should anyone besides the individual (along with the support of their family, hopefully) make these decisions?

100% YES!!! When given the proper therapy and support, a safe transition can be made. Just because someone is a child doesn't mean they don't know what they feel/know to be true. Forcing a trans kid to go through puberty as the wrong gender is cruel and selfish. Once puberty hits, it is much harder to reverse the effects. This is not just a case of gender, it is a case of safety and well-being for that kid. Everyone deserves to be happy with who they truly are!

Yes, but ensure they have spoken to a gender positive therapist to ensure the correct decision has been made
