I believe that their should be more security measures taken. such as, adding gates to all entrance, that way if something were to come up those gates can be closed.

When security personnel believe it's necessary, it should be protected. When they believe it's not necessary, it shouldn't be. Citizens shouldn't be involved in dictating security protocols to professionals.

Regardings to the event that happened in 2021 i believe that it shouldn't have fences but they should at least use security measures in case something like this could happen again.
