That is just not true. Biden eulogized a senator named Robert Byrd, not the Klansman. Biden has said he regrets voting for the bill, and if you want to talk about mass incarceration, how about the situation at the border? Young children were being separated from their parents systematically, and now at least 500 of those children's parents cannot be found. Please note, I am not defending the crime bill, but giving context. On a closing note, racism is not just leveled at black people, but also at Muslims, and foreigners in general.
