YES the government should never be allowed to acquire land, YES the pipeline should be rerouted away from Native American land, and YES the increased amount of fines the company must pay in the event of an accident.

I believe the government should continue to construct the Dakota Access pipeline, but also utilize safety regulations.

No, since it’s already constructed… But increase the amount of fines the company must pay in the event of an accident, ensure environmental safety protocols, and move it away from Native American land.

Yes, the government should never be able to build on land that isn't theirs. This pipeline will ruin multiple homes & lives as well as the environment.
