All officers should wear a body camera for evidence whether it be against the officer or for the officer.

Body Cameras are made to protect the Officer and the Department in cases of misconduct, it only makes you look bad if you do soemthing wrong.

Without body cams no proof of either negative or positive conduct will be available to review our policemen. With body cameras, a safer police force is provided

The officers who would choose not to wear body cameras are the ones we're worried about. The police are the violent enforcement arm of the government. They need to be surveilled in order to prevent the government from overstepping its bounds.

To stop corruption and dirty cops body cameras are good. They can also be used for training and reviews.

I feel all officers should wear a body camera because you never know what happens without one. If something bad happened and there was no body camera the officer might not remember because of adrenialine and they could lie. They need one to protect themselves and the rest of us.

Police should be required to wear camera on the vest.
There have been many and will continue to be instances were cameras on police "save" people lives. You could have a citizen could accused an officer of abuse twords them, or say that they planted something on them or in they'er car. The camera would catch that. Or the officer could say the citizen was doing something too, but with the camera they could be proven right or wrong.

Every police officer and department should make them wear cameras to show the office and criminal and what happened in that moment if something bad happen.

It’s always easy to lie about what you did, leading to a possible false arrest. it’s also important to be able to rewatch footage to consider a correct sentencing.

false there are dirty cops out there and with the privileges that they get there a more likely chance for illegal things to go down because of there authority and they think they can get away with it.
