yes, the goverment should immediately stop construction on the pipeline until ALL parties effected (the native american tribes) agree, also the pipeline is NOT critical to energy independace, altho construction is providing many Americans with jobs, out train system is cabable of shipping oil, and also to achieve independance, we need to LIMMIT oil consuption as much as possible
