Most of the entitlements can be fixed through modification. The 800 pound gorilla in the room is Medicare and Medicaid. These costs are growing exponentially and will consume the government if not stopped. The only way to accomplish this is to drastically reduce the cost of healthcare period. This can be done by removing the monopolistic protection currently afforded to almost every aspect of the medical industry.”
