Yes, limit sales to only people over age 25 after the brain has fully developed. Make sales or distribution to those under age manditory 10 years. The brain is not fully developed until after age 25. Those under age 25 have been shown have little to no thought of future harm to themselves by using drugs. The 60 generation is showing the afftect on the Country now as they want the government to take care of them because they lost the ability to handle deal with lifes issues do to drug use. 11mons ago from a Libertarian in Waukesha, WI.
Yes it should be regulated and taxed; with limited medical applications. 11mons ago from a Democrat in Middleton, WI.
Unlike alcohol, there is no amount you can use that doesn't impair a person. I simply don't know how you could regulate its use to prevent impaired use of equipment, impaired workers etc. I have no problem with personal use at home or with those who will not be operating motor vehicles. I do have an issue with the effect it has on a persons lungs so any potential increase in the availability and use would need studies on things such as lung cancer and emphysema. 1yr ago from a Republican in West Bend, WI.
