“If nothing else can be done about the jobless or the poor then I believe we should enact board cuts or increases to all income levels depending on how much they make. Taxes don't bother the people that receive and need help, figuratively speaking its going towards their cause as it is to help people like them. However they could also be looking at it as if it's actually making them poorer and causing them to rely on the government. Then you look at the higher brackets of income and I don't believe it really even matters because even with a small cut from their checks they can still afford fancier lifestyles and higher priced goods.”
