“When this REPUBLIC gets it's house back in order, and has regained it's military strength and controls it's own internal affairs, and put people back to work, then maybe the US could consider assisting others in a humanitarian way. Stay out of other country's politics unless they ASK and then only with certain stipulations to our advantage.”
