“Too much regulation, too much fear of being sued. Medical care givers should be able to charge according to a persons ability to pay. More "free" or low cost clinics supplied by volunteer staff. Persons with diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, etc from bad lifestyle choices should not be paying less (by law) for insurance than people without those problems because the other person happens to be a smoker.”
