“Generationally phase out Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, welfare, unemployment, SNAP and mandate deductions from all income for a CPI protected minimum standard of living at all stages of life with retirement, real disability accounts and health insurance. Individuals will hold title to their accounts with the exception of health insurance which will be currently funded without death benefit. Unemployment, welfare and other taxpayer paid assistance will require 40 hours of work from age 18-70 unless there is real disability.”
