Learn more about ISIS Airstrike

The Islamic militant group ISIS has been described by U.S. military officials as a growing threat to international security. A significant number of the group has taken shelter in Syria where much of the country is in ruins following last year’s civil war. US Military experts have concluded that conducting airstrikes against ISIS camps in Syria would deal the organization a significant blow. Some analysts say cooperation with President Assad’s military would allow the U.S. to circumvent his air defense systems and bring stability to the region. Opponents say that President Assad is a ruthless military dictator and the US should never coordinate any military efforts with his regime.  See recent ISIS news
