“The effect of measures designed to target and limit the ability of those with mental health challenges, and felons from obtaining a gun and participating in mass killings cannot be measured yet since there are very few measures and limits in place currently designed to address these concerns. Additionally the recent set of mass killings and shootings has been perpetrated by law abiding, mentally challenged, and felonious individuals so again there is no way to know until we get some laws, and measures in place to start addressing this societal concern”
