“All not for profits should be prohibitied from donating to any political organization, cause or other type of lobyying. Or they could have the option of paying a 15% excise tax on the donation and the receipient would pay a 15% tax on the donation from any of these Super PAC's or Unions or other not for profit or otherwiseexempt from tax entity.”
