“I support an elevated national standard, teach each student to their full potential using specialized programs to bring those with low levels of capability separately, so as to not impede the advanced capabilities of others. Stop teaching to the middle 70 percent. The exceptional are held back in that instance, and the slow can't keep up. Provide remedial programs for the slow, and advanced programs for the gifted, and fund it through incentives for exceptional performance al regulated at the state level with national standards for graduation.”
