“Toughen the standards instead of making them easier. If a student is not up to the standards then they need to have remedial programs. No child left behind is nothing more than a dumbing down of the system. Flunk them and don't pass them until they learn. They should be able to pass the same citizenship test as a person becoming  naturalized.”
