“Government should publish up-to-date reports on fraud or other internet problems as emails to individuals. Gov't definitely should NOT require, telecoms, ISPs and other content providers to retains data of persons usage. Nor should gov't amass such data itself. If anything gov't shall actively cause such data archiving to be destroyed, domestically and world-wide. Use of "the Cloud" to archive personal information should be discouraged and rolled back.”
