“This is a complicated issue and requires that ALL people have control over their own use of the Internet. The complication comes in when consumers pay ISP's for access; but those ISPs are corporate owned and can circumvent the Constitutional amendments and the Bill of Rights to each citizen's privacy. I dislike what the government agencies, especially in the Intelligence community, can and will do that abridges those rights, in exchange for protection of corporate products and services that the consumer pays for.”
