“No. Ppl with intelligence hire other ppl based on qualifications, merit, etc. Hiring based on race and/or gov't imposed quotas is unfair to the best candidate if he or she doesn't meet the race/gender requirement. Racism is a dying idea, thank God. It's sheer ignorance.”
