“The Federal Government should have oversight for all federal taxpayer dollars which are available to public education. If the minimum performance standards are not met at individual public schools, withhold public funds or allow changes to be made including allowing the school to become a "charter" school under supervision of staff which have been certified by the State and Federal licensing authorities.”
