“Efforts from all government should be made to fix schools that are failing by addressing each school individually not as a part of group. Focus should be on the whole neighborhood and/or community where the failing school is located. All children should attend a school within their own neighborhoods so that we can build a community to support the schools with no bussing of kids to "good" schools. Make all schools work for the neighborhood they service with money allocated accordingly.”
