“Govt has set up taxes to curry the favor of big contributors. Corporations should pay a fair tax on earnings, but that would require loopholes to be closed and it's to simplify the rules so everyone understood. Will never happen as govt is largest employer. The more inefficient it is, the more people needed to work for them & the more people beholden on being inefficient”
