“No, as they're already getting supplemental income from all the state/federal programs. Besides, that will give employers all the more reason to layoff or cut hours of full time workers so they are not held to that higher wage. There should be some incentive for people to work toward better jobs with better incomes - not just have a higher wage handed to them, with the understanding that those with special needs should be recognized for their limited abilities. But they usually get supplements anyway and sometimes can't carry a full 40 hour week, so disqualified from this stipulation anyway.”
