“Harry Reid is responsible. He refused to let the House Bill come to a vote in the Senate. If he had, it either would have passed, resolving the issue or it would have been defeated, forcing an alternate solution. Instead, he (the Democratic representative) stalled everything in order to able to place blame on Republicans for not being flexible.”
