“Both sides are responsible. Both Democrats and Republicans (and the Tea Party) are controlled by large corporate interests. However, this responsibility is not split equally. I believe that the Republicans and the Tea Party played a larger role ins shutting down the government than the Democrats. However, all politicians need to stop legislating for big money, and start legislating for the people that voted them into office. And more than 2 major parties would greatly help this division of politics”
