“If taxpayers are spending $ on the stadiums, etc., then they should be considered "investors", and they should get a portion of the proceeds. They should get $ every year from NFL revenue, until the "loan" is repaid, and then they should continue getting $ every year for their initial investment. This $ will pay for infrastructure/roads/police presence, etc., during NFL games.”
