Learn more about Amendment B

This measure will make "right to work" laws a state constitutional amendment. Right-to-work laws give employees the right to work without being required or compelled to join to a union. Unionized companies that exist without right-to-work laws can force employees to join a union in order to gain employment and pay union dues out of their paycheck., or not join, a union, or be forced to pay dues to a labor union as a condition of employment.  See recent Amendment B news
