Question 1 would allow two more slot parlors to be open in Massachusetts. There are currently 3 casinos and one slot parlor operating in Massachusetts. Each slot parlor would permit operation of a gaming establishment that is adjacent to a race track and would have a maximum of 1,250 slot machines. All table games are prohibited in the slot parlors.  See recent Question 1 news
